We are continually developing and expanding our core infrastructure. Our core network is currently spread across four datacentres in the London Docklands - Telehouse East, Telehouse North, TelecityGroup Sovereign House and TelecityGroup Harbour Exchange. Redundant fibre pairs are running between all our London Datacentres for full resilience for our broadband customers.
We also have a purpose-built datacentre on the outskirts of Ipswich where we offer co-location services - this PoP is connected to our London datacentres via dedicated fibre.
We utilise Cisco switches throughout to make up a resilient Ethernet layer, and Cisco routers to ensure legitimate traffic is distributed efficiently to the right places, and that abusive traffic patterns are kept in check and stopped as soon as possible.
We have multiple transit connections across both of our London PoPs with Tier-1 networks including SprintNextel, NTT, KPN Eurorings, and Telia. We are also present at a number of Internet Exchanges.
