There are a number of different ways you can order services from KeConnect - for broadband products you can:
- Order online.
- Order via a KeConnect Authorised Reseller.

Ordering Online
At http://signup.keme.net you can choose the broadband product that you want, add any compatible add-on services and your order will be securely sent to our Customer Services Team. You will then be able to print out a direct debit mandate which needs to be signed and sent to us to confirm your order. On receipt of the direct debit mandate, your order will be processed, and you will be kept up to date via the email address that you have included on your order.
Order via a KeConnect Authorised Reseller
KeConnect have a number of Authorised Resellers throughout the UK who recommend, install and support our internet solutions. They are fully equipped to advise you on which product best suits your needs and then take your order and direct debit mandate and forward it on to us. Both you and the reseller will be kept updated via email on the progress of your order.
If you have been referred to us by a reseller, please ensure that you quote their company name on your order.
