Theresa has been with the company since it was founded in 1987. Prior to that, she pursued a successful career with HSBC Bank Plc for 16 years, taking various appointments in London, King’s Lynn, Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich. Theresa loves mathematics, which made her an obvious choice to enter a career in Finance.
After a period working part-time following Timico’s acquisition of KeConnect in April 2007, Theresa is now back full-time, heading our Customer Services Department. Her responsibilities include: overseeing order tracking, customer care and billing.
In her spare time Theresa enjoys reading, yoga and going to her local gym. Robert and Theresa have two children, Sarah and Matthew.
