Lee Smith, who previously ran his own online merchandising business, joined KeConnect in 2006 and brought with him a sound knowledge of computing and customer support.
Having studied computer science at college, Lee now works alongside KeConnect’s other Customer Support Technicians, giving our customers and resellers the high level of help and support that they have come to expect from KeConnect.
When he is not hard at work, Lee can be found playing the electric guitar in one of his two bands!
