We provide all KeConnect customers with a ‘lo-call’ number to reach our support team - you can reach us on 08450 506050 and the lines are open from Monday - Friday from 9am-9pm and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm.
You can also email your support queries and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible within working hours.

If you have a question or query that is not of a technical nature, you can contact our Customer Services Team on 08450 506050. The lines are open from Monday - Friday from 09:00-17:30.
