All VoIP users when trying to receive incoming calls unless the call was initiated from VoIP to VoIP users will get a user busy or an engaged tone.
All outbound calls are unaffected. All inbound calls other than VoIP to VoIP are presented with an engaged or user busy tone. Unfortunately due to the nature of the failure any call diverts cannot be applied.
A priority one ticket has been opened with our partners who are currently working towards a resolution.
The next update will be sent at 16:00 hrs.

Resolved - Although at the outset we believe this to be an issue relating to all inbound numbers, it transpires that the outage only affected 0845 / 0870 / 0207 / 0203. All outbound calls are unaffected. All inbound geographical and non London geographical are unaffected. Unfortunately due to the nature of the failure any call diverts cannot be applied.
Resolved - Our suppliers have managed to resolve the hardware fault and normal service has resumed.
