We are carrying out software upgrades on some of the routers on our London network on the 11th January 2008 between 00:00 and 02:00 GMT.
During this window DSL customers may be experience intermittent connectivity issues or be disconnected for around ten minutes.. If you find your are still unable to access the Internet please power your equipment off for ten minutes.
