KeVault Issues (CLOSED)

Some KeVault customer may have experienced difficulties accessing the service last night between 10pm and 1.30am.

Our automated monitoring systems informed us that one of the KeVault servers was running slowly, and this was rebooted shortly afterwards. A data integrity check was run upon reboot, which took approximately one hour. We have continued to monitor the server since this time, and it is once again running as expected.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
