A priority case has been raised with Nortel. Nortel are monitoring the issue since the fault location was identified. Case has been resolved.

A limited number of Timico VoIP customers will be experiencing problems with their Voip network when users are trying to make or receive calls. The User will get a dial tone but when initiating the call the line will disconnect. This is affecting in and outgoing calls.

Impact
Limited Voip users will be affected with intermittent in and outbound call issues.

A priory case has been raised with Nortel. A resolution update will be posted on confirmation.
