Early indications as to the root cause of the issue are pointing to a line card fault on one of Telecom1 ‘s switches in the docklands.

This has now been rectified.

We are continuing to investigate the problem, further impacts are Non geographical numbers that also point to ISDN / ISDN2 and BT services will also fail, however users will be able to call the direct ISDN number to establish the call.

The partner is aware of the problem and is working towards a resolution. additional updates will be provided as soon as we get more information

A priority 1 call is still in execute with our partner.

VoIP subscribers who have 0845, 0870, 0844 0871, 0800 and 0203 numbers are currently not able to receive inbound calls.

This is due to a problem at the London telephone exchange of one of our inbound connectivity partners.

All non London geographic numbers are operating normally as are outbound calls and VoIP to VoIP.

Users when calling will receive an engaged tone on the handset when in fact that user may not be genuinely engaged.

The partner is aware of the problem and is working towards a resolution. An update will be provided as soon as we get more information
