During the times above our Network Operations Team will be carrying out essential configuration changes to routers on our main London Data Centres in order to further strengthen our network resilience.
These changes will not be service affecting, however, if you have broadband with us and cannot connect following the maintenance window we would respectfully request that you please power off your equipment for at least ten minutes and then power it on again to re establish a connection before contacting our Technical Support Helpdesk.
