Web Server ‘shrek’ Unplanned Outage - 20th-21st October 2008
The disk controller in one of our webservers, Shrek, failed yesterday. A replacement controller was sourced last night and swapped this morning at approx. 9am. Service from this machine has now been restored.
We apologise for the temporary inconvenience.
