Spoofed Emails requesting Customer Information (CLOSED)

We have been made aware that some customers have received emails claiming to be from KeConnect requesting email address and passwords, and to send this information to ‘kemeservice@sify.com’.
Update: We’ve had reports of a similar email coming from keme.service@yahoo.com.
KeConnect would never request this information via email.
If you have received a email and are in any doubt, please contact our customer services or support team on 08450 506050.
