Priority SDSL fault reporting, response from BT to KeConnect within 3 working hours of fault being reported and a follow up response within 20 working hours. Covered by a BT Service Level Guarantee.
SDSL Assurance minimum response times are reliant on 24-hour access being made available at the end user site should a BT engineer need to be dispatched. The BT engineer will contact the end user directly to confirm attendance. If the 24-hour access is not available, the next engineer appointment within working hours will be offered.
Please note: A new BT line will be automatically installed as standard for this product specifically for SDSL use. No additional charges will be incurred for this (installation, line rental, etc) outside of the standard SDSL charges. Unlike ADSL, SDSL does not support the simultaneous use of a telephone or fax in conjunction with the internet connection. A compatible SDSL router is required. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Guarantees (SLGs) are not available with this product except SDSL Assurance, which is provided as standard. Approximate lead time for SDSL installations is 10 days but is largely dependent on the current availability of BT Openreach engineers.
**KeConnect will provide the highest speed of SDSL service available to the customer, up to 2Mbps. If a 512Kbps or 1Mbps service is the best possible available to the customer, a 512Kbps or 1Mbps service will be provided.
