Important Note Regarding Domain Name Renewal

At present, if you any domain names hosted with us, you receive domain renewal notices from us the month before your domain name is up for renewal. By returning these to us, you are confirming that you wish to renew the domain for another period. We find that these notices are often not being acted upon, resulting in the expiry of domains and the subsequent loss of important services.

To combat this, as of 1st April 2008, we will automatically renew your domain for you when the renewal date comes up. The renewal charge(s) shown above will be automatically added to your invoice.

If at any stage you decide that you no longer need one of your domain names, please advise us by emailing our Accounts department and we won’t renew it the next time it comes up for renewal.
