Broadband Assurance - £11.75 per month (inc. VAT)

Priority ADSL fault reporting, response from BT to KeConnect within 3 working hours of fault being reported and follow up response within 20 working hours. Covered by a BT Service Level Guarantee. Covers the ADSL connection from telephone exchange to end users premises only. Broadband Assurance minimum response times are reliant on 24-hour access being made available at the end user site should a BT engineer need to be dispatched. The BT engineer will contact the end user directly to confirm attendance. If 24-hour access is not available, the next engineer appointment within working hours will be offered.
